UK Mainland deliveries

We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock goods within 2 working days from the date of your order.

UK customers should receive their goods within 7 working days from the date of order, which takes into account delivery by either Fedex or pallet service, depending on the size of the order.

Express delivery can also be arranged. Simply get in touch with us and we will arrange the most cost-effective option for a speedy delivery.

We cannot guarantee delivery schedules, with the involvement of third party delivery services which are beyond our control. We will however try our utmost to meet the above guidelines and should you be concerned with the delivery schedule of any order, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we will endeavour to resolve any problems.

Carriage is free on all orders over £50.00. Below that a carriage charge of £8.95 applies.

Non UK Mainland deliveries (including Channel Islands)

Carriage charges apply to all items. Please ask our sales office for a detailed quotation of delivery times and costs depending on location.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices quoted and purchases made are subject to 20% VAT which is an obligatory tax for customers situated within the UK and the European Community.

Credit Card Security

On-Line transactions are carried out on our behalf by PayPoint. Magrini has no direct access to your credit card details. Our web site will also use a small number of cookies to store those products in your basket and to recognise one unique user from another. These cookies do not store or transmit personally identifiable data.


All of our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed warranty.

Unwanted Goods

If you are unhappy with any purchase simply send it back unused in the condition it was received by you, (carriage paid) within 30 days. We will be happy to issue a refund  for the full amount, including any outward delivery charges, if applicable. This 30 day guarantee period begins from the date of receipt of the goods.

Faulty Goods

If goods are received and are damaged or faulty in any way, please send them back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly give you a full refund or replacement. We understand that to establish goods are faulty or damaged, packaging may have been opened or discarded and we will still give a full refund in these circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.
